From artisan breads and viennoisserie to sweet and savory breads, the wide selection alone is worth the visit.

If you’re on the hunt for a bakeshop that can give you the best breads Europe, America, and Asia have to offer, the search stops with Bakers Maison.

This charming little bakeshop, which has branches in SM Marikina, Inoza Tower BGC, Robinsons Galleria, Trinoma, Glorietta 4, and Alabang Town Center, has a wide menu of artisan breads, viennoiserie, snack breads, loaves, cookies, and muffins. Here are some of our favorites:

Europe

You can say that the Choco Hazelnut Croissant (P65)—a laminated bread that’s quite big in Austria—is its signature croissant. It has layers of light and flaky dough drizzled with chocolate and hazelnut, which makes for a fine afternoon coffee break snack.

Equally famous is the Almond Marzipan Croissant (P72), which is made with marzipan stuffed in butter croissant and topped with sliced almonds.

There’s also the Classic Ensaimada (P50), which is best paired with the bakeshop’s signature hot chocolate. The buttery and cheesy Spanish delicacy, smothered in butter and loaded with grated queso de bola, is as indulgent as it sounds.

Another must-try is the Nutty Snow Bun (P55). Its combination of flavors of white chocolate, almond, and cream cheese is inspired by English delicacies.

America

The Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Bread (P62) is a savory snack bread you can easily pull apart (hence the name). The cheese oozing between the pull-apart pieces is a sight to behold.

Indulge with the Chocolate Overload Bun (P55). If the chocolate ganache filling isn’t enough to satisfy your sweet tooth, the chocolate sauce drizzle will.

Those who want to stick to their healthy routine can go for the multigrain breads that are made famous in United States. Choose between the Multigrain Sourdough (P95) or the Multigrain Cranberry & Honey Bread (P70).

Asia

The sweet red bean paste and cream cheese combination of the Cream Cheese Anpan (P40) will remind you of Japan, while the savory Hong Kong Sausage and Cheese Bun (P55) will take you back to Hong Kong.

The list wouldn’t be complete with the Coffee Cream Cheese Bun (P55). The blend of rich coffee taste and cream cheese in a soft bun is the perfect wake-up call.
